To maximize the eyeshadow’s staying power, first apply KIKO’s Neutral Eye Base or Pearly Eye Base to the eyelids.
Apply one or more colours with an eye brush, such as Eyes 51. Blend from the inner corner of the eye outward.
Close the product after use.
