Shake well before use to keep the formula perfect. 1. Draw a thin line on the eyelid with the tip of the eyeliner, staying as close as possible to the upper lash line. 2. For a flawless flick, thicken the last line of the eyeliner, aim outwards and towards the temple and draw a line diagonally.
