Lip pencil.Ideal for:defining and enhancing the lip contour and shape from sunrise to sunset.Its special because: -its texture has been tested to last up to 12 hours* and is water-resistant**-it has a highly pigmented formula, a creamy consistency and glides smoothly onto the lips;-it improves the hold of lipstick and reduces the risk of smudges;-thanks to the automatic mechanism, it is very easy to use;-it works perfectly with the Festival Glow No-Transfer Lipstick, for a flawless lip look.

The lip contour is perfectly outlined with an intense, long-lasting and ultra-precise line.

1.Turn the pencil clockwise until the tip comes out.2.Outline the lips, following the lip contour and blend gently inwards, then finally apply the lipstick.
