Apply the coloured base to clean and moisturised lips, starting from the centre and working outwards to the corners, coating the lips with an even layer of colour. Wait between 30 and 60 seconds for the base to completely dry. Apply the transparent lip gloss on top of the base colour to add an irresistible mirror-like shine to your make-up.
